- Maximum 1 Child below 12 years (not requiring extra bed) can stay free of charge in the room with parents and above 12 years is considered as an adult. And extra bed charges will be charged from such guest.

- For guest registration, complete details of the guest like original government identity card, first and last name of the guest, address, phone number etc. will be required from the guest / guest who wants to stay in the  society and at the same time we will validate the guest's online and telephonic booking with advance payment.

- Guests can pay their room rent and additional expenses like food and other services by cash (cash) and can also pay through Debit Card, Credit Card, Visa, Master Card etc. Payment by cheque will not be accepted.

- Guests must register all their vehicles at the time of registration at check-in. Parking is free for guests staying at the Samaj's Guest House. All vehicles will be parked at the guest's risk. The society or the trust will not be responsible for any vehicle parked in the society premises. No vehicle other than the guest will be allowed to park and if the parking space is full, the guest will have to park outside at their own expense.

- Band party, music party in the premises will be allowed to continue till 10:00 pm only.
- For music party, wedding function and social function in Samaj Bhavan, the permission, license etc. as per the Government Act norms shall be obtained by the guest/event organizer at his/her own expense.
- Bursting of firecrackers in the premises of Samaj Bhavan is strictly prohibited.

- Taking anything out of the premises of the Samaj Bhavan and stealing any thing is an offense and the Society/Trust may take legal action against such persons if necessary.
- Lock the door of the room when the guests go out. The Management/Society/Trust shall not be responsible in any way for any damage caused to the Guest's belongings from the room or locker or any other part of the Guest House.

- The room will not be given if dangerous goods/prohibited goods or objectionable items are received from the guest. Gambling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable substances, poisons, drugs and animals are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- In case of damage to the property of the society or trust, the guest will have to compensate for the damage.
- Smoking is prohibited in Samaj Bhavan premises, rooms, restaurants. It is believed to eat leaves and spit anywhere in the premises.

- Guests are requested to comply with all laws and government regulations in force from time to time.
- Placing a suggestion box in the social premises for the guests for their suggestions/complaints and opening the box from time to time and redressing the suggestions and complaints of the guests.
- Any individual living in the Samaj Bhawan will be accepted for financial assistance.
